Does GYMDO Collections guarantee Authenticity? Yes. All items are guaranteed authentic. Before any item is posted to the GYMDO Collections website it is checked by two highly qualified authenticators specializing in specific brand names. We stand by our authenticators and item authenticities and offer a lifetime return policy should any item we sell prove to be non-authentic.

Is my information secure? Yes. At GYMDO Collections your privacy and security are important to us. Our secure online checkout system is provided by PayPal.

Can I cancel an order? Yes. Should you find it necessary to cancel an order you may do so prior to the item shipping. Please contact us at 0755925692

How are prices determined? GYMDO Collections buyers research recent sales of comparable items and consider the retail value of the item, the condition and rarity, and current fashion trends. Other considerations when pricing are our own record of sales and online sales and auctions.

Can I pay and pick up an item in person? Yes. Customers may choose to pay and pick up an item(s) directly from one of our GYMDO Collections Showroom.


Does GYMDO Collections offer Layby/Layaway? Yes. At checkout, you will be asked if you would like to buy the item on layaway. Note: The layby/layaway function is only available when using a credit card as method of payment.

What are the terms of GYMDO Collections Layby / Layaway program? 20% of the purchase price (item sale price, shipping, and tax (if applicable)) is required for a down payment to start a layaway. Payment must be made in full within 8 weeks of the layaway start date. GYMDO Collections reserves the right to remove any item from layaway eligibility. For full terms and conditions click here.

How do I consign with GYMDO Collections? Consigning with GYMDO Collections is an easy process. 

1. Simply complete our online "EVALUATION FORM"
2. We will email you with a Preliminary Selling price and acceptance letter within 24 hours.
3. We'll provide you with a Return Paid Postage Number.
4. Fill out the contract, print it, and send it to us with your item(s).
5. Your Payments are issued the next business day after we sell the item.

What sort of consignments are accepted? We do not accept all submissions but take all enquiries seriously and appreciate your consideration. We are looking for International designer labels like Hermes, Chanel or Louis Vuitton.

How much commission does GYMDO Collections charge? For items that are priced up to AU $2,000.00 GYMDO Collections charges 40% commission. Items priced AU $2,000.00AU $4,000.00 GYMDO Collections charges 35%. Items > AU $4,000.00  Gymdo Collections charges 25%.

How are consigned item(s) priced? The sale price of an item is decided mutually with the consignor. A decision is reached based on the item’s original retail price, condition and desirability in the current market.


When will my items be shipped? Items are generally shipped within 1 business day following receipt of payment. Deliveries are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays).

What shipping service does GYMDO Collections use? Items are shipped internationally via FedEx domestically with Fastway Couriers.

What value does GYMDO Collections declare on customs forms? We mark all customs forms as used items (not stating the brand), valued at the dollar amount you paid for the item (minus shipping).
